Hospital-Based Clinical Exposure, Accommodation & Mentorship Program

This program is designed to provide educational clinical exposure, accommodation support, mentorship, and research guidance for students seeking to strengthen their understanding of healthcare systems and enhance their academic and professional development.

Participants may observe clinical environments in healthcare settings, subject to institutional policies, physician availability, and applicable regulations. This program is not owned, operated, endorsed, sponsored, or formally affiliated with any hospital, university, residency program, or healthcare institution, and participation does not establish any enrollment, employment, academic, or institutional relationship with any participating facility.

Accommodation & Support Services

Through AxeUSCE, participants may receive access to shared or arranged accommodation and essential utilities, which may include housing-related services such as internet/Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and other basic living amenities, depending on the specific arrangement and location. Accommodation is intended solely to support participants during their educational experience.

Program Fees & Financial Disclosure

Any fees charged by AxeUSCE are strictly limited to accommodation, utilities, logistical coordination, educational mentorship, research guidance, administrative support, and other non-clinical educational services. No payment is made to hospitals or universities for student placement, and fees are not charged in exchange for hospital affiliation, clinical privileges, academic credit, recommendation letters, institutional sponsorship, or guaranteed outcomes.

Independence & Conflict of Interest Disclosure

Our mentor does not have any direct or indirect financial relationship, compensation arrangement, ownership interest, referral agreement, employment, or conflict of interest with any hospital, physician group, university, or institution where participants may observe or rotate. Any clinical exposure opportunities are independent, educational experiences and should not be interpreted as evidence of institutional sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership unless expressly stated in writing.

Important Disclaimer

This program is intended solely for educational observership, mentorship, accommodation support, and research purposes. Any fees collected are strictly and exclusively for furnished accommodation, utilities, administrative coordination, and research mentorship services provided by AxeUSCE. Each participant is provided a separate furnished room, with utilities covered, including essential housing-related services. Research mentorship and mentorship-related dues are also included as part of the program support services. No fees are charged for the clinical rotation/observership itself, which is made available at no cost upon approval by our mentor, subject to availability and applicable institutional policies. Participation does not guarantee residency placement, employment, visas, recommendation letters, academic credit, certification, or admission into any hospital, residency, or university program. Participation in any observership or clinical exposure does not establish an affiliation with, sponsorship by, or enrollment in any hospital, university, or residency program, and our mentor has no direct financial relationship or conflict of interest with participating hospitals or institutions.
